National School of Drama Bengaluru Centre invites application foe admission to its residential One year Certificate Course in Acting. The course will begin from 15 July 2017.
Eligibility
Any Indian throughout the country (India) can apply but preference would be given to candidates from Southern States of India i.e. Kamataka, Scemandhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu., Kerala and Union territory of Puducherry, Lakshadweep).
Minimum qualification is Graduation or equivalent degree in any discipline from a recognised Indian university. It is relaxable in the case of extraordinary talented candidates from the tribal, folk and traditional performing art families.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years as on 1 June 2017
No. of Seats : 20
Medium of Instruction: English. Medium of instruction shall be English & South Indian Languages
The language of performance will be multilingual (South Indian Languages)

Selection Process
The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the final selection through a 2-4 days workshop at the centre.
Finally selected candidates for the course will be given scholarship of Rs. 4500/- per month for the academic year.
